What You'll Do:

  • 4+ years in video creative, art direction, or production at a performance agency, in-house growth team, or content studio.
  • Strong visual instincts and video editing fluency to cut and iterate ads independently.
  • Performance creative curiosity and AI fluency to experiment with generative tools.
