Platform Director

What you'll do:

• Lead the global platform team and set the technical direction for building, deploying, and operating everything.
• Focus on modernizing the stack, consolidating legacy systems, and scaling a platform to support rapidly changing products.
• Integrate AI into development processes, not just product features.

Qualifications:

• Led platform engineering at a high-traffic scale (100M+ sessions, multi-region, cloud-native).
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and developer experience.
• Successfully navigated teams through significant architectural transitions without sacrificing speed or team morale.
