Senior Statistical Analyst

Position Overview:

• The Senior Statistical Analyst will lead the design and execution of experiments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in applied statistics and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present data insights to diverse business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $140,000 - $170,000.
• 401K eligible after 3 months of employment, with 50% company match up to first 5% of salary contributed to the plan with a 3-year vesting schedule.
