Job Description
Assists the Media and Engagement department in planning and buying of cross-channel media opportunities. Actively participates and leads the media team on day-to-day tasks and financial maintenance. Responsible for status reporting, insertion order management, research, planning/buying assistance, and relationship building internally and with outside partners.
Creates and presents the media strategy defining the media objectives and strategic recommendations. Leads the media buy process whether in-house or with partners to deliver the final flight schedule, negotiations, timelines and specs for creative delivery. Reviews agency billing, IOs, timelines, and POVs.
Maintains relationships with media vendors. Proactively identifies opportunities for clients and inputs media vendors on campaign needs and budgets. Works with account managers, assisting in development of project briefs for all media tactics. Maintains tracking codes and reviews media and metrics reports and offers recommendations.
