  • Conduct scoping sessions with customer IT teams and system integrators to translate business requirements into structured integration plans.

Hands-On Technical Configuration:

  • Guide customers on how to interact with Redzone's standard RESTful OpenAPI library.
  • Set up and test automated one-way data imports (via CSV templates) utilizing FTP clients.
  • Coordinate and configure Single Sign-On integrations using SAML-based Identity Providers (IdPs), managing automatic user provisioning and customer metadata exchange.

Middleware Utilization & Boundaries:

  • Leverage specialized AI tools (such as Boomi) to quickly build, transform, and manage data workflows within the Boomi environment.
  • Maintain Agnostic Support: Reinforce that Redzone is system-agnostic.
