Compensation and Hours:

Role Requirements:
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina is required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency and interest in youth therapy.
- Must be comfortable with telehealth platforms and available during scheduled hours.
Support and Structure:
- Free weekly 1:1 and group clinical supervision is provided.
- All billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks are handled by the company.
