Founding Growth Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the activation funnel end to end with A/B testing and re-engagement for drop-offs.
• Scale acquisition channels including lifecycle, SEO, AI agent optimization, and paid ads.
• Establish clean attribution and consolidate product analytics into a single source of truth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong backend (Python, Postgres, AWS) and frontend (React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript) skills.
• Track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production.
• Fluency with growth tooling like A/B frameworks, PostHog, Amplitude, and lifecycle platforms.

Interview Process:

• Recruiter screen, hiring manager deep dive on growth systems, technical screen, architecture design, culture fit, and CEO meeting.
• Prepare by using the app and forming a point of view on the submission flow.

Bonuses:

• Experience with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces.
• Familiarity with building agents, connectors, skills, or MCP servers.
