Position Overview:
- You will own the quality and execution of our design work, splitting time between hands-on design and leading a freelance team.
- You will develop creative briefs, review deliverables, and ensure projects meet high standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality design work for multiple clients, focusing on long-form marketing assets.
- Manage and mentor a small group of freelance designers.
- Write creative briefs, review design deliverables, and maintain style guides.
Benefits:
- $80,000/yr salary with flexible work schedule and fully remote setup.
