Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full design lifecycle for web and digital platforms, from concept to final delivery, creating modern and impactful UI.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, applying UX principles like usability and accessibility.
- Design for both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces with cultural sensitivity and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, quality, and brand consistency.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams, explaining decisions from both UX and business perspectives.
- Review and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements to meet client and user needs.
Required Expertise:
- Possess 8+ years of proven UI/UX design experience with expert-level Figma proficiency and a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English with experience working on regional projects and a grasp of RTL design nuances.
