Role Overview:
- Serve as the Lead Instructor for a 2-week intensive reskilling program designed to transition Customer Success professionals into MLOps and AI Platform Engineering roles.
- Act as the primary face of lessons, building bridges between high-level concepts and practical application for experienced learners.
Instructional Responsibilities:
- Deliver live, synchronous remote instruction and facilitate 'prompt-along' sessions focused on ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Simplify complex MLOps topics like CI/CD for ML and governance frameworks for non-engineer professionals.
- Guide students through self-paced exercises and live troubleshooting within Azure AI Foundry and ML environments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess 7+ years in software/data engineering with at least 3+ years specifically in MLOps or ML platform roles in production environments.
- Demonstrate proven experience in technical instruction, bootcamp delivery, or corporate training, with the ability to 'read the room' in virtual settings.
- Hold deep, hands-on expertise with Azure ML and AI Foundry, proficiency in Python and Data Engineering fundamentals, and required credentials including AZ-900, AI-900, and DP-100.
