Analytics Lead - Lending

As a member of the analytics team, you will bring order to vast amounts of internal and external data so OnePay can make better data-driven business decisions, faster. You will work cross-functionally to leverage data to understand strengths and opportunities in our business and extend proposals that advance both the business and provide a better experience for our customers. You will own analytics for our Lending product including funnel performance, user behavior, and cross-product interaction. You will work cross functionally with product, engineering, and product marketing to create data driven strategies and testing agendas that drive business growth. Intertwine analytics with business and product strategy to craft business proposals that ultimately impact the bottom-line. Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to uncover patterns, automate insights, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in product analytics. Lead and develop a team of high-performing analysts.
