Medical Director

The Medical Director will provide clinical oversight and supervision for provider teams including psychiatric nurse practitioners, coaches, social workers and therapists. They will develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and ensure adherence to clinical best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. The Medical Director will also provide clinical supervision and mentorship for psychiatric nurse practitioners conducting case reviews and direct patient care. This position requires a Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited medical school, Board certification in Psychiatry, advanced training in reproductive psychiatry, and a current medical license in good standing. Previous leadership experience and familiarity with telehealth are preferred.
