Senior ALS Lab Manager

As a CGS Senior ALS Lab Manager, you will leverage industry knowledge, and market research, and have wide-ranging experiences across operating systems and coding languages. You will serve as the lead manager responsible for the delivery of lab data processing services and be responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and providing the case attorney with detailed notice of deficiencies. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate task completion, analyzing and implementing processing approaches for electronic files, and consulting with attorneys on ESI specifications. The manager keeps the client informed, manages a team of eDiscovery professionals, and advises on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Qualifications include extensive Relativity experience, at least eight years of eDiscovery experience, and five years at the management level. Experience with litigation support tools is highly valued.
