Offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week, ensuring people can access support when they need it most. In each session (usually 25 minutes), you’ll help clients set clear, actionable goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps. Mission is to help people build skills and autonomy, so they feel confident to continue their journey independently. Engage with a wide variety of people, from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries, and you’ll have opportunities to grow through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development.
