Lyra Israel is looking to appoint permanent Clinical Consultants to provide high quality counselling and clinical case management services to our Workforce Mental Health (WFMH) international clients based in Israel. The primary objective of this role will be to provide short term telephonic counselling and case management of service users and ensure that the most effective and professional care is provided to our customer base.

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

We are looking for a full-time, licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) who is passionate about whole-person, whole family mental health care to join our clinical team. This role is a great fit if you’re a PSYPACT authorized clinician who enjoys partnering closely with members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.

This role serves as the main point of communication and coordination between members, their internal care team, and external providers. The Behavioral Care Manager provides initial evaluations for new members and families, gathers pertinent information, screens for risk, and triages members to appropriate services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, cultural competence, and ethical behavior in all interactions.

Play a vital role in supporting first responders and their families through moments of crisis, recovery, and ongoing wellness. Provide both virtual and in-person therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and offer on-call crisis support when needed. Part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping first responders build resilience and heal from the unique challenges of their work.
