About the Role:
- The Senior AI Software Engineer, Python will make Scorpion's Conversational Intelligence Platform production-grade.
- They will build reliable, observable, and scalable infrastructure for real-time AI workloads.
- This role owns the runtime reliability of systems processing LLM inference pipelines.
What Your Success Will Look Like:
- Own the reliability of event-driven messaging with backpressure, idempotency, and dead-letter handling.
- Build and operate infrastructure for LLM orchestration workloads at scale.
- Maintain production support for CI infrastructure including on-call responsibilities and incident response.
Who You Are And What You Bring:
- 5+ years developing production-grade Python services at scale.
- Deep command of Python internals and production experience with Pydantic.
- Experience operating LLM inference infrastructure and event-driven architecture.
