Design Systems & Production Designer

The creative team thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling - crafting scalable systems and experiences that empower teams across the company. We’re looking for a Design Systems & Production Designer to join our growing team and help us scale the tools and workflows that power our creative output. This role sits at the heart of our creative operations - part systems designer, part workflow optimizer, part technical problem-solver. You’ll own the governance and growth of our creative tools (like Brandfolder and Figma), making sure they’re set up to scale across marketing, publishing, and design teams. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and bring operational excellence to how we deliver creative at Nex. This is a highly collaborative role, reporting into the Creative Director, and working closely with Marketing Operations, Design, and cross-functional partners.
