Data & Analytics Xcelerator Program (Entry Level Data Analytics)

In this 12-month program, you'll immerse yourself in an energetic and inclusive environment designed to set you up for success in a global organization, and fast-track your growth as a future technical leader. We're looking for driven Data Analysts eager to enhance their skills through impactful, innovative projects. You will report to either the Sr. Director, Analytics, Manager of Marketing Analytics, or the Sr. Director of Software Engineering and join our D2C or Partner Solutions business. You will also have a program manager who is the Sr. Manager of Talent Management. The start dates for the program are April and June 2026.
