Staff Security Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Staff Security Program Manager to join our dynamic security team and help protect our organization's digital assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading security policy changes, ensuring compliance in external audits, and maintaining robust security standards. This role requires strong program management capabilities and a strategic mindset to support end-user security awareness programs, BC/DR, manage security metrics, and oversee third-party vendor assessments. Key Responsibilities include: Lead security policy updates and implementation across the organization and Represent the security team during external audits. Another key responsibility is Drive and support an end-user support program with monthly and quarterly end-user security awareness initiatives. Also Conduct assessments of external vendors to evaluate security posture and Oversee security-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
