Manager, DevOps & Data Engineering

PatientPoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Data and DevOps Engineers to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and pipelines along with playing an active role in the professional growth of your team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Data and DevOps engineering and is willing to roll up their sleeves and work within the team. You will lead and mentor a team of data and DevOps engineers fostering a culture of growth and excellence, defining and executing the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and DevOps practices, and building and scaling a high-performing team of data engineers to enhance data pipelines. You will also conduct regular performance evaluations, drive team and organizational growth, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
