Master Fullstack Developer, Brazil (React, Node, AWS)

As a Tech Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will guide a cross-functional team of developers, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship. You will design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and React Native, architecting and optimizing cloud-based systems primarily on AWS (including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB). You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality releases. You will also conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. You'll participate in technical planning, backlog prioritization, and architectural decisions, ensuring that CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and monitoring practices are effective and robust.
