Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design

About the Role:

• Own Finom's visual identity end-to-end, including brand system, guidelines, and design documentation.
• Lead the Marketing Design team, assess capabilities, and scale with freelance or AI capacity.
• Partner with Product Design to ensure brand consistency across marketing and product.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Set creative direction for campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video).
• Define design requirements for intake, briefing, and review processes.
• Direct creation of mood boards, storyboards, and animatics to communicate creative intent.
