Job Description
Deliver training sessions on instruments, software, and test kits to customers globally, both in person at their laboratories and our Nehren site, as well as through engaging online training sessions and webinars. Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, Standard Operating Procedures, and clear technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Ensure all documentation adheres to stringent quality management systems, in accordance with ISO 13485 standards. Provide expert guidance and application support to laboratory customers in Germany and internationally, assisting them with the effective implementation and evaluation of our advanced molecular test system. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales teams to support the successful market introduction of new and innovative products, contributing your valuable application insights. Take ownership of customer complaints, conducting thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions as part of our 2nd level support.
