Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end strategic relationships with APAC's largest capital allocators.
- Build the APAC lender and borrower book by identifying net-new participants.
- Source, scope, and structure bespoke deals coordinating with Curators.
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in crypto institutional sales, OTC trading, structured products, or wealth management.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken, with Cantonese as a plus.
- Deep technical fluency in DeFi, including ERC-4626 vaults and curator architectures.
What Success Looks Like:
- Onboard net-new APAC TVL across the lender and borrower book within 4 months.
- Directly own a $500M to $1B book of APAC lender and borrower relationships in 1 year.
- Direct the desk during APAC market hours, monitoring book health during volatility events.
