Pre-Launch Responsibilities:
- Develop clinical protocols for treatment of mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD.
- Design safety and escalation protocols for behavioral health.
- Build a hiring rubric and assessment framework for PMHNP candidates.
Post-Launch Responsibilities:
- Treat patients experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD.
- Supervise PMHNPs and provide case consultations.
- Support on ad-hoc escalations.
Required Qualifications:
- Active board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN or AOBNP).
- Active medical license in CA, FL, NY, or TX (or IMLC).
- Minimum 5 years post-residency outpatient experience with women's mental health.
