Job Description
IAM Authentication Business Analyst is responsible for the use and integration of identity and access management tools such as Ping Identity Cloud, SecureAuth, and protocols such as SAML, OIDC to support authentication user journeys for employees, vendors, and clients. The candidate must have strong familiarity with IAM concepts such as enabling multifactor authentication, single sign on, federation, and an understanding of customer identity and access management vs workforce access management.
Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, ensuring risks are documented, creating business flow diagrams, performing impact analysis, compiling data for insights, partnering with developers, assessing metrics, providing input to testing resources, collaborating with teams for communication, and ensuring measurement and monitoring are in place. Stakeholder management skills are crucial to accelerate the migration of legacy access management applications.
