Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients. Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions. Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions. Assist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive management.

The IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization's assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM systems. They will engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients.
