AI Automation Engineer

Responsibilities for the role:

·Review user transcripts to identify knowledge gaps and continuously expand the internal knowledge base.

·Build automated solutions for top issues like billing, subscriptions, account access, and delays in astrologer replies.

·Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all AI automation flows.

Required skills for the role:

·2+ years in automation engineering, AI engineering, or conversational AI development.

·Strong experience with prompt engineering, conversational flows, and LLM-based systems.

·Proven ability to integrate APIs and build stable data pipelines.

Additional skills to have:

·Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) for evaluating conversation quality and user behavior.

·Autonomous, fast-moving, and comfortable building MVPs that scale.

·Familiarity or interest in astrology.
