Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation ranges from $215,000 to $240,000 per year, including base salary and bonus.

Role Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of complex land agreements for energy projects like wind, solar, and transmission.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with development, engineering, and legal teams to advance project timelines.
- Own strategy by setting land acquisition goals, managing budgets, and overseeing governance and risk.
