Job Description
This role is responsible for providing the technical direction for the rest of the platform team by implementing and supporting the implementation of new tools that can help maintain and improve the service that the platform team delivers. This role ensures continuous reliability of our production environment, identifying and addressing potential failures and opportunities for improvement. A senior engineer will understand the team's frustrations and pain points that could be improved. Lastly, Senior DevOps Engineers are expected to mentor and support more junior members of the team, helping them be effective in their role.
