Enterprise Product Manager

As The Enterprise Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy and ensuring the delivery of features and capabilities for platforms of several interrelated products that deliver customer value. The focus of the role is to ensure performance of these platforms in an enterprise wide and strategic context. You will define and manage baseline service requirements in the EIT Service Catalogue, support the tendering, contracting, and onboarding of third-party service providers, and act as the primary contact for internal clients and service-related matters. Guide third-party providers through EDF processes to ensure effective delivery, manage service performance, resolve issues, and escalate when needed and lead EDFs Operational Resilience planning. You will be overseeing budgets, forecast spend, and manage supplier charges, drive continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
