Production Quality and Coordination:

• Lead modeling and documentation efforts across moderate to complex scopes.
• Manage model health including worksets, view templates, and clash detection.
• Ensure cross-discipline accuracy and early risk identification.

Team Learning and Collaboration:

• Participate in training journeys and mentorship to strengthen discipline expertise.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Designer I and II team members.
• Share lessons learned and contribute to process refinements.

System Improvement:

• Refine TEECOM documentation standards through feedback and pull requests.
• Improve modeling templates and workflows to enhance consistency.
• Identify and resolve production gaps to reduce rework.
