Design Technologist

Technical Documentation & Drawing Production:

• Produce plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details that clearly communicate interior design information.
• Drive Revit development, handle consultant input, and coordinate with external teams during DD phases.
• Import and convert CAD drawings into Revit and assist with model set-ups as needed.

Design Translation & Technical Thinking:

• Interpret designs critically to translate creative concepts into logical, detailed, and functional components.
• Maintain knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-level detailing to protect design intent.
• Guide production stages including drawing standards, volume, and accurately developed drawing sets.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with ARRCC project members, designers, Team Leaders, Project Managers, architects, and consultants.
• Collaborate with ARRCC ID and SAOTA on shared Revit models.
• Ensure deadlines are continuously met and project teams are kept informed and aligned.
