Bioinformatics Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Bioinformatics Support Engineer to join our Customer Experience team at Seqera. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career bioinformatician who wants to jump-start their career in production bioinformatics and scientific computing. You'll engage directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Seqera ecosystem, including infrastructure, pipelines, and third-party tools. You'll support users running Nextflow-based workflows, including both nf-core and custom pipelines. You'll build deep product and Nextflow expertise to understand life sciences workflows and deliver effective, scalable solutions. You'll collaborate with senior support and bioinformatics team members to triage, escalate, and resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to technical documentation. You'll provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product direction.
