Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data architectures and schemas to support data ingestion from multiple operational and infrastructure systems.
- Develop and maintain automated ETL/ELT processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse data sources.
- Build and support API integrations, database queries, scripting solutions, and file-parsing methods to acquire device inventory and configuration-state data.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field and 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL), Microsoft SQL Server, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with data extraction, integration, and automation tools like Power Apps or Power Automate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
- Experience supporting operational technology, industrial control systems, or building automation systems.
- Strong scripting experience with PowerShell or comparable automation technologies.
