Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Translate English documents into French (and vice versa) for phone or written responses.
-Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from various healthcare professionals and patients.
-Disseminate accurate drug information verbally and in writing.
Adverse Event Reporting:
-Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.
-Perform necessary intake to generate initial adverse event and product complaint reports.
-Comply with regulations for post-marketing adverse event reporting.
Additional Tasks:
-Coordinate processes for quality-related complaints, interacting with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
-Evaluate medical literature for written dissemination to healthcare professionals.
-Participate in projects like market research and sales training support.
