Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the security strategy, including technology, processes, and capabilities to support growth.
• Lead a team of security professionals in operations, monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Own the security governance framework, including policies, standards, controls, and maturity improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading security teams in technology companies or high-growth environments.
• Broad expertise across security operations, cloud security, application security, and GRC.
• Strong communication skills to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
