Head of Analytics

This role will entail a meaningful amount of IC work while you hire a team and evolve into a player-coach, eventually moving to full-time management overseeing VM's analytics/data strategy. You will responsible for owning our data infrastructure and tool chain as well as identifying relevant KPIs and SLAs that reflect client and regulatory requirements, operational health, and company objectives. You will be building operational dashboarding, metrics, alerting, and controls while also building automating tooling and light/ scrappy development work.
