Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete review and approval lifecycle for promotional materials, ensuring efficient progress and alignment with procedures.
- Screen submissions for completeness, coordinate cross-functional feedback, and maintain accurate documentation and version histories.
- Monitor review timelines, escalate bottlenecks, and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in promotional review, regulatory affairs, or related compliance functions.
- Strong understanding of promotional review processes, regulatory requirements, and document control practices in life sciences.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with remote work capability.
Benefits:
