What You’ll Do:
- Lead improvements to Ro's advertising review process and develop scalable workflows to support growing volume.
- Review advertising and promotional claims across paid social, TV, and digital for compliance with FDA, FTC, and consumer protection laws.
- Partner with Growth, Creative, and Clinical teams to streamline reviews and support timely campaign launches.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare advertising compliance and strong understanding of FDA/FTC requirements.
- Demonstrated success building scalable compliance processes and implementing legal technology and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
