Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Maintenance Engineer. The HTEC Field Service team offers hardware support to their customers 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. The equipment supported varies from payment terminals to EPOS and Head Office Solutions in the forecourt, retail, and office sectors. The Field Service Maintenance Engineers currently work 9-hour shifts, six days on and then 3 days off, with the shift blocks rotating between an early shift (7am-4pm), and a late shift (11am-8pm). Shift patterns may change as dictated by the needs of the business. For this role you will need to be located in the Bristol/Exeter area. Key Responsibilities include attending maintenance visits, responding to all calls within the required service level agreement (per call). Engineer will be responsible for asset management, providing accurate and timely call closure and stock reporting, attending proactive maintenance, basic installation and joints visits as scheduled by Operations Team, completing all engineering paperwork.
