Department Overview:
- The mission of Risk Management is to provide a comprehensive risk management program that contributes to health, safety and protection of patients, employees, faculty, students and visitors.
- OHSU uses a combination of self-insurance and commercial insurance to fund risk of loss, managing over 30 lines of insurance as well as a captive insurance company.
Function/Duties of Position:
- Serve as primary administrator for Riskonnect, including creating user accounts, managing rights, and training new users.
- Provide technical support and system administration for OnBase and custom department systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate transfers.
- Act as subject matter expert for data analysis, creating reports and exception reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or related field, or 5 years of progressive work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with systems administration, database management, and maintenance of electronic records.
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
