Job Description
Build and lead the Product Intelligence & Insights function at PagerDuty, responsible for measuring and communicating product performance across all lines of business. Define core metrics, instrumentation standards, and analytic frameworks that enable our product and business teams to operate with confidence. Lead Product Management for the external-facing customer analytics experience, aligning internal telemetry with externally communicated value. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure product telemetry is accurate, comprehensive, and actionable. Uncover friction points, engagement gaps, and expansion opportunities through user behavior and lifecycle analysis.
