Staff Machine Learning Research Scientist

Role Impact:

• Shape the team's research agenda and set technical direction for ML research with real-world clinical impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ML research from idea generation to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and evaluate methods for LLM alignment, hallucination detection, and model reliability on clinical data.
• Build high-quality datasets, assess academic literature, and establish best practices for experimental design.

Qualifications:

• Strong track record of ML research with publications in top-tier venues and deep understanding of LLM failure modes.
• Experience training large-scale deep learning models, strong programming in Python and PyTorch, and deploying models to production.
• Clear communication skills, ability to explain complex ideas, and a proactive, autonomous work style.
