Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design of key user interfaces and experiences for our websites, ensuring they are intuitive and optimized for conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs that solve real business problems.
- Use data from user research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and improve KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Experience designing ecommerce subscription platforms and optimizing signup funnels and retention flows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
