Summer Intern – Analytics & Business Operations

This internship offers hands-on experience across revenue analysis, operational optimization, patient experience, and partner growth. You’ll dive into real-world problems and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Patient Experience, Business Development, and Human Resources, with regular interactions with the Executive Team. At Getlabs you will enhance operational optimization by analyzing appointment and sample drop-off routing. You will also support regional resource planning and build BI dashboards. You'll generate partnership and business development insights by preparing business reviews and performing ad-hoc investigations. You will improve clinical quality & patient experience by analyzing cancellations and surfacing operational insights. Also assist in evaluating geographic expansion opportunities.
