Procurement Manager

Role Overview:

• Implement and run QGS procurement policy, plan, and procedures under the Director's leadership.
• Lead sourcing for pursuits and awarded work, including RFQs, competition, and documented price analysis.
• Build and maintain audit-ready purchase files covering competition, price reasonableness, and source selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure federal requirements and flowdowns reach every buy, including Buy American and Section 889.
• Maintain procurement integrity, conflict-of-interest controls, and support mandatory disclosure reviews.
• Plan material and long-lead procurement against project schedule and track commitments through delivery.
