Audio Engineer

Scope of the Role:

• Innodata produces voice and audio datasets for the world's leading speech AI.
• You will own the technical heart of that work: the signal chain, post-processing, specifications, and acoustic quality.

What You’ll Own:

• The end-to-end audio signal chain and post-processing pipeline for all collection programs.
• The “Innodata sound signature” — a consistent acoustic profile across diverse capture environments.
• Technical QA: automated and manual checks that validate audio before delivery.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• A strong audio engineering background in signal chain, recording, post-processing, and acoustic QA.
• Deep fluency in audio technical specs and the ability to enforce them.
• Experience producing consistent audio quality across varied recording conditions and locations.
