Purpose:
- Supports the CTPS organization to achieve its mission.
- Creates a culture of process improvement and employee development.
- Translates the business vision into broad and actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manages clinical studies and related systems to ensure clinical safety.
- Establishes and communicates workload projections and metrics.
- Supports training programs and knowledge attainment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with health science background required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience to include clinical practice and drug safety experience.
- Demonstrates leadership, communication, and development skills.
