Staff Product Designer

This role will lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments. One will conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy and design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact. Responsibilities include enhancing the influence of the design organization, mentoring other designers, and refining our design system. To be successful, candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products, demonstrated executional quality, and skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution.
